I was born in the Midwest and grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. In 2003, I moved to San Diego, CA to live the beach life. It was there that I decided to go back to school.

In 2013, I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary. After graduation, I moved back to Chicago to be closer to my son. In 2018, I completed the dual-track certificate program at the University of Michigan in Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education.

I identify as a yogi, acro yogi, and craft beer enthusiast. I created Revel Living hoping to inspire others to live a life they love. My pronouns are he, him and his.

My approach draws on Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative and Relational modalities — and always begins with meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment.
